Evolution

I am a student of science and a child of God. When I learned about evolution I was not aware that people used it to disprove Gods hand in creation. I looked at evolution and thought how even more amazing God's creation was. Why is it that Christians insist on rejecting any scientific discovery that doesn't exactly fit their idea of what should be. I think that the fault lies in many Christians belief that the Bible should always be taken literally and that the Bible is perfect. What Christians forget is that while yes the Bible is the inspired word of God it was in fact written by man and man is not perfect as is God. Many Christians do not accept the world around them as God created it. They believe God must had placed the bones of the dinosaurs into the ground.
I could probably go on for a long time on this but one thing, and only one thing, is important. That you believe Jesus Christ is your lord and savior and that God is in control. Anything past that is just fun and folly.
